Ingredients


Makes: 4 serving
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) Big Burger Sauce, prepared
  • Sriracha Sauce, to taste - optional
  • 2 cooked burgers, cut into large pieces
  • 4 Greek-style pitas
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) shredded lettuce or spinach
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) chopped red or white onion

Preparation


 
  • Thin Big Burger Sauce with a mixture of Sriracha Sauce and water until desired consistency.
  • Reheat the burgers until piping hot.
  • Warm pitas in the microwave or oven, if you wish.
  • Divide burger pieces between pitas. Top with tomato, lettuce, and onion. Drizzle Big Burger Sauce overtop.
