Preparation


 
  • Heat olive oil in Multipurpose Pot - 8 C over medium heat. Stir in rice and cook for 1 minute. Add Chicken Bouillon, reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
  • Stir in crumbled feta cheese and Mint. Season with Sea Salt and Pepper.
