Makes 3 C (750 ml)
  • 1 can (14 oz/398 ml) artichokes, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp (45 ml) Artichoke Dip Mix
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 C (375 ml) light mayonnaise

Preparation


 
  • Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Spoon into a heat-proof serving dish. Bake for 20 minutes, or until bubbling.
